[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 95, October 24, 1967 ]
AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 65 DATED MAY 28, 1967, ENTITLED “CREATING A PERMANENT CABINET COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC BIDDING.”
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend the second paragraph of Executive Order No. 65 dated May 20, 1967, entitled “Creating a Permanent Cabinet Committee on Public Bidding,” to read as follows:
“The Committee is empowered to evaluate, review and pass upon all government contracts amounting to P100,000.00 or more; to promulgate guidelines or rules and regulations in the conduct of public bidding affecting government contracts involving less than P100,000.00; to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the government for such assistance as it may need, and to create such subcommittees or staffs as may be necessary in the consideration of such bids, and otherwise assist the committee in the evaluation thereof.”
