CREATING A SPECIAL COMMITTEE ON BAGUIO SQUATTERS PROBLEM
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a committee to study and work out the establishment of squatter relocation sites within Baguio City, said sites to be excluded from the Baguio Townsite Reservation and disposed of under the provisions of the Public Land Act, and to promulgate rules and regulations relative thereto, composed of the following:

A representative of the Presidential Assistant on Housing |
. . . . Member |
The Committee may call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the government for such assistance as it may need to carry out its task.
The Committee shall submit its report to the President within one month from the date hereof.
