MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 102, November 20, 1967 ] OPENING THE PORT OF BATU-BATU, TAWI-TAWI, SULU, AS A SUBPORT OF ENTRY WITHIN THE COLLECTION DISTRICT OF THE PORT OF JOLO, SULU Pursuant to the Provisions of Section 702 of Republic Act No. 1937 and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance, the Port of Batu-Batu, Tawi-Tawi Group, Sulu, is hereby created, opened and established as a subport of within the collection district of the Port of Jolo,Sulu.
