ABOLISHING THE SUGAR DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE CREATED UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 89, DATED JULY 10, 1964
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby abolish the Sugar Development Committee created under Executive Order No. 89, dated July 10, 1964.
The functions, records, properties, equipment and unexpected balance of appropriations, if any, are hereby transferred to the Philippine Sugar Institute.1a⍵⍴h!1
The officials and employees detailed to the Sugar Development Committee from other offices or entities are hereby returned to their respective offices.
Done in the City of Manila, this 19th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred sixty-six.
