CREATING A COMMITTEE ON THE PROPOSED PHILIPPINE PARTICIPATION IN GLOBAL SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a committee to handle the negotiations regarding the installation and financing of the proposed Philippine participation in the Global Satellite Communications System. The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The Secretary of Finance |

The Chairman, National Economic Council |

The Undersecretary of National Defense on Administration |

The Committee is authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, for such assistance as it may need in the performance of its functions.
The Committee shall submit its report and recommendations to the President of the Philippines as soon as practicable.
