MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 142, March 02, 1965 ] OPENING THE PORT OF CATBALOGAN, SAMAR, AS A SUBPORT OF ENTRY WITHIN THE COLLECTION DISTRICT OF THE PORT OF SAN JOSE, SAMAR. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 702 of Republic Act No. 1937, and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance, the Port of Catbalogan, Samar, is hereby created, opened and established as a subport of entry within the collection district of the Port of San Jose, Samar.
