AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 34, CURRENT SERIES, RECLASSIFYING ALL CHARTERED CITIES, EXCEPT MANILA, BAGUIO AND QUEZON CITIES, SO AS TO ADJUST THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE CITY OF LEGAZPI
Pursuant to the provisions of section One of Republic Act Numbered Eight Hundred and Forty, the City of Legazpi is hereby reclassified as second class, on the basis of its total annual revenues of P715,758.84 for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1962, as certified by the General Auditing Office.
This amends accordingly Executive Order No. 34, dated January 30, 1963, insofar as the reclassification of the City of Legazpi made therein is concerned.
The reclassification herein made takes effect as of July 1, 1962.
