MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 435, July 06, 1961 ] OPENING THE PORT OF TAGBILARAN, BOHOL, AS A SUBPORT OF ENTRY WITHIN THE COLLECTION DISTRICT OF THE PORT OF CEBU Pursuant to the provisions of section 702 of Republic Act No. 1937, and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance, the Port of Tagbilaran, Bohol, is hereby created, opened, and established as a subport of entry within the collection district of the Port of Cebu.
