[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 301, May 30, 1958 ]

TRANSFERRING THE SEAT OF GOVERNMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ESCALANTE, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, FROM ITS PRESENT SITE AT THE POBLACION TO THE BARRIO OF BALINTAWAK, SAME MUNICIPALITY

Pursuant to the provisions of section sixty-eight of the Revised Administrative Code, the seat of government of the municipality of Escalante, province of Negros Occidental, is hereby transferred from its present site at the poblacion to the barrio of Balintawak, same municipality.

This Order shall take effect immediately.

Done in the City of Manila, this 30th day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-eight, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the twelfth.1a⍵⍴h!1
