[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 134, September 24, 1955 ]
AMENDING SECTION 38 OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 119 DATED JULY 1, 1955, ENTITLED “PROVIDING FOR THE IMPLEMENTING DETAILS FOR REORGANIZATION PLAN NO. 10, ON ECONOMIC PLANNING”
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by Republic Act No. 997, as amended by Republic Act No. 1241, I, RAMON MAGSAYSAY, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend section 38 of Executive Order No. 119, dated July 1, 1955, to read as follows:
“Section 38. Administrative actions required by Reorganization Plan No. 10 and by this Executive Order shall be effected within 120 days from the date of effectivity of the Order: Provided, That sections 32 to 37 hereof shall not take effect pending the adoption of the Reorganization Plans and Implementing Details for the Department of Finance, but in no case beyond June 30, 1956.”
This Order shall be deemed to have taken effect as of July 1, 1955.1a⍵⍴h!1
