[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 121, July 18, 1955 ]
AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 11 DATED FEBRUARY 3, 1954, AS AMENDED, CREATING THE LIBERTY WELLS ASSOCIATION
Paragraph 6 of Executive Order No. 11 dated February 3, 1954, creating the Liberty Wells Association, is hereby amended to read as follows:
“None of the moneys or materials contributed shall be used for any purpose other than for the labor and materials required to establish artesian wells or develop water supplies: Provided, That the Association may, with the approval of the President of the Philippines, appropriate certain portion of such funds for the purpose of paying cash prizes to well drillers and supervising well drillers of the Bureau of Public Works in order to give proper incentive for their good work and in recognition of their industry, diligence and devotion to duty. The department heads concerned are authorized and directed to apply public funds legally available for the purpose to defray expenses of surveys, technical supervision, transportation, inspection, administration, and surcharges.”
