MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 104, March 09, 1955 ] TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE EMBARCADERO TOLL BRIDGE, ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN The total cost of the Embarcadero Toll Bridge, Alaminos, Pangasinan, plus interest at the rate of 5 per cent per annum, having been fully recovered as certified in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3500, as amended, it is hereby ordered that the collection of tolls at the Embarcadero Toll Bridge be terminated.
