MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 50, August 10, 1954 ] TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE HIBAGNAN TOLL BRIDGE, PROVINCE OF LEYTE. The total cost of the Hibagnan Toll Bridge, in the province of Leyte, plus interest at the rate of 4% per annum, having been fully recovered, as certified in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3500, as amended, it is hereby ordered that the collection of tolls at the Hibagnan Toll Bridge be terminated.
