TRANSFERRING FROM THE SECRETARY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY TO THE NATIONAL SHIPYARDS AND STEEL CORPORATION THE DISPOSITION OF SUNKEN, BEACHED OR DAMAGED VESSELS AND OTHER CRAFT TOGETHER WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE CARGO AS AUTHORIZED UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO 175 DATED SEPTEMBER 16, 1948.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby transfer from the Secretary of Commerce and Industry to the National Shipyards and Steel Corporation the disposition of sunken, beached or damaged vessels and other craft together with their respective cargo as authorized under Executive Order No. 175 elated September 16, 1948.
Executive Order No. 175 dated September 16, 1948, is hereby amended accordingly.1a⍵⍴h!1
Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the eighth.
