AMENDING FURTHER THE FIRST PARAGRAPH OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 79, DATED DECEMBER 17, 1945, ENTITLED “CREATING A QUEZON MEMORIAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE NATION-WIDE CAMPAIGN TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE ERECTION OF A NATIONAL MONUMENT IN HONOR OF THE LATE PRESIDENT MANUEL L. QUEZON”
The first paragraph of Executive Order No. 79 dated December 17, 1945, as amended by Executive Order No. 12 dated August 19, 1946, Executive Order No. 137 dated May 7, 1948, Executive Order No. 164 dated August 12, 1948, Executive Order No. 213 dated April 20, 1949, Executive Order No. 233 dated June 30, 1949, and Executive Order No. 387 dated December 22, 1950, is hereby further amended to read as follows: By virtue of the powers invested in me by law, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and constitute a Quezon Memorial Committee which shall be composed of the following:
