CREATING A COMMISSION TO ASCERTAIN AND STUDY THE CONDITIONS OBTAINING IN THE RECLAIMED AREAS AND FORESHORE LANDS IN THE DISTRICT OF TONDO, MANILA
For the purpose of ascertaining and studying the actual conditions obtaining in the reclaimed areas and foreshore lands in the District of Tondo, Manila, with a view to the adoption of adequate and effective measured to solve the housing and other social problems in said areas, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create a Commission composed of the following:
