CLASSIFYING ORIENTAL MINDORO AND OCCIDENTAL MINDORO AND CONTINUING THE LAST CLASSIFICATIONS OF LA UNION
WHEREAS, from the data now available as certified by the General Auditing Office it appears that the Provinces of Oriental Mindoro and Occidental Mindoro have estimated annual incomes of P340,000 and P85,800, respectively, while the Province of La Union has an average annual income of P628,947.32 during the fiscal years 1949, 1950 and 1951;
NOW, THEREFORE, public interest requiring that their classifications be determined Oriental Mindoro and Occidental Mindoro are hereby classified, effective July 1, 1952, as follows:

while La Union shall continue to be first class-A as last classified on June 20, 1950, effective July 1, 1950.
