[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 424, March 10, 1951 ]
FURTHER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBERED TWENTY-FOUR, DATED NOVEMBER TWELVE, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-SIX, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBERED EIGHTY-SIX, DATED SEPTEMBER THREE, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-SEVEN “CREATING THE NATIONAL ADVISORY HEALTH COUNCIL”.
The second paragraph of Executive Order No. 24, dated November 12, 1946, as amended by Executive Order No. 86 dated September 3, 1947, is hereby further amended to read as follows:
“NOW, THEREFORE, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create a body to be known as the. National Advisory Health Council to study problems of public health and sanitation and to, make such recommendations as it may deem necessary for the improvement of public health and sanitation and the promotion of medical research. The Council shall be composed of the following:

The members of the Council shall serve without Compensation and their term shall be co-terminous with their tenure in their regular positions.”
