TRANSFERRING THE SEAT OF GOVERNMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAMALANIUGAN, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO THE BARRIOS OF BULALA AND DUGO, IN THE SAME MUNICIPALITY.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Interior, and pursuant to the provisions of section 68 of the Revised Administrative Code, the seat of government of the municipality of Camalaniugan, Province of Cagayan, is hereby transferred from the present poblacion to the barrios of Bulala and Dugo in the same municipality, subject to the condition that the planning of this new poblacion, including the selection of the sites of the various needed public improvements, particularly the sites for presidencia and the plaza, shall be made as far as practicable in conformity with the requirements of the Department of the Interior and with the approval of the National Urban Planning Commission.
The transfer herein made shall take effect immediately.
