ORGANIZING THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF MOMUNGAN, PANTAR AND BALUT, ALL OF THE PROVINCE OF LANAO, INTO AN INDEPENDENT MUNICIPALITY
Upon the recommendation of the Provincial Board of Lanao, concurred in by the Secretary of the Interior, and pursuant to the provisions of section 68 of the Revised Administrative Code, the municipal districts of Momungan, Pantar and Balut are hereby organized into an independent municipality under the name of Balo-i, with the seat of government at the poblacion of Momungan.
The municipality of Balo-i, as herein organized, shall have the following boundaries:
“The Northern boundary line shall be the old boundary line between the municipality of Iligan and the municipal district of Momungan; on the eastern side, the old boundary line between the municipal district of Momungan and the municipal district of Kapai; on the southeastern side, the old boundary line between the municipal district of Pantar and the municipal district of Sungud; on the southern side, the old boundary line between the municipal district of Pantar and the municipal district of Saguiaran; and on the western side, the boundary line shall be the course of the Duyug River which separates the municipal districts of Pantao Ragat and Balut.”
The organization herein made shall take effect on August 1, 1948.1a⍵⍴h!1
