[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 143, June 05, 1948 ]
INCREASING TO FIFTY PER CENTUM OF THE ACTUAL PRODUCTION OF LOGS, FLITCHES AND SAWN LUMBER, THE QUANTITY THAT MAY BE EXPORTED BY PRODUCERS THEREOF.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the Philippines, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby allow actual producers of logs, flitches and sawn number to export not more than fifty per centum of their actually produced and marketed products during the previous month, under the same terms and conditions prescribed in Executive Order No. 65, dated June 27, 1947, and the rules and regulations duly issued thereunder.1a⍵⍴h!1
This Order shall be in force for a period of six months from June 5, 1948.
Executive Orders Nos. 65 and 112, dated June 27, and December 17, 1947, respectively, are hereby modified accordingly.
Done in the City of Manila, this 5th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-eight, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the second.
