MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 36, January 04, 1947 ] ANNEXING THE BARRIO OF MARCO OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALLACAPAN , PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO BARRION CENTRO, THE POBLACION OF SAID MUNICIPALITY. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Interior, and pursuant to the provisions of section sixty-eight of the Revised Administrative Code, the barrio of Marco in the municipality of Allacapan, Province of Cagayan, is hereby annexed to and made a part of Barrio Centro, the Poblacion of the said municipality.
