[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 106, November 29, 1947 ]
EXTENDING FURTHER THE PERIODS PROVIDED FOR IN SECTIONS 3, 5, AND 6 OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 17, ENTITLED “AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE CIRCULATION OF TREASURY CERTIFICATES WITH THE OFFICIAL SEAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES STAMPED, PRINTED OR SUPER-IMPOSED THEREON, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.” AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 92.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by section 7 of Republic Act No. 17, as amended by Republic Act No. 92, I, MANUEL ROXAS, President of the Philippines, do hereby further extend for a period of three months the various periods provided for in sections 3, 5, and 6 of Republic Act No. 17, as last extended by Executive Order No. 83, dated August 21, 1947. This extension will expire on February 28, 1948.
