REORGANIZING THE QUEZON MEMORIAL COMMITTEE, CREATED UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBERED SEVENTY-NINE, DATED DECEMBER 17, 1945
By virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, MANUEL ROXAS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reorganize the Quezon Memorial Committee, created under Executive Order No. 79, dated December 17, 1945, so that the same shall be composed of the following:

I also hereby order that the Quezon Memorial Committee raise the necessary funds without limitation as to amount for the erection of a National Monument in honor of the late President Manuel L. Quezon, amending for this purpose Proclamation No. 32, dated December 17, 1945.
