[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 111, June 14, 1946 ]
REQUIRING THE REGISTRATION OF ALL DEPOSITS AS OF JANUARY 1, 1942, WITH THE POSTAL SAVINGS BANK.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to enlist the cooperation of all depositors in the reconstruction and reconstitution of the records and books of accounts of the Postal Savings Bank;
NOW, THEREFORE, I MANUEL ROXAS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order that all deposits with the postal Savings Bank in Manila and its branches elsewhere in the Philippines, including guaranty deposits such as those used as security for firearms permits, as of January first, nineteen hundred and forty-two, be registered not later than September 30, 1946. The Director of Posts is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations approved by the Secretary of Public Works and Communications to govern the procedure and recording of the registration herein provided for.1a⍵⍴h!1
