TRANSFERRING THE POWERS, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE SALARY COMMITTEE TO THE BOARD ON UNIFORM SALARY SYSTEM
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by Act No. 10 to effect changes in the different offices, agencies and instrumentalities of the Government, I, JOSE P. LAUREL, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby order that –
In addition to the powers and duties of the Board on Uniform Salary System created by Executive Order No. 26 dated January 6, 1944, said Board shall hereafter assume and exercise the powers, duties and functions of the Salary Committee created under Executive Order No. 11, dated February 17, 1942, of the former Chairman of the Philippine Executive Commission.1aшphi1
