BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 10-W, March 16, 1944 ] INCREASING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE POST-WAR PLANNING BOARD By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and existing laws of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, I, MANUEL L. QUEZON, President of the Philippines, do hereby increase the membership of the Post-War Planning Board created by Executive Order No, 7-W by the addition of the following members: Colonel Carlos P. Romulo, Secretary of Information and Public Relations, Dr. Arturo B. Rotor, Secretary to the President, and Col. Manuel Nieto, Aide-de-Camp to the President.
