REDUCING THE REAL PROPERTY TAX ON COCONUT TREES AND ABACA PLANTS DUE FOR THE YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FORTY IN THE CITY OF DAVAO

The public interest so requiring, I, MANUEL L. QUEZON, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by section twenty-seven of Commonwealth Act Numbered Fifty-one, known as the Charter of the City of Davao, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-two, do hereby reduce by thirty per centum the real property tax due on all coconut trees and abaca plants for the calendar year nineteen hundred and forty in the City of Davao.⚖ - ℒαɯρhi৷

Done at the City of Manila, this 8th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the fifth.
