CONFIRMING THE ELECTION OF PROVINCIAL AND CITY OFFICERS ELECTED ON DECEMBER 14, 1937
Each of the persons named below having been certified by the provincial and municipal boards of canvassers to have received a plurality of the votes legally cast at the ordinary election held in the provinces and cities on the fourteenth day of December, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, under the provisions of the new Election Law, and there being in my opinion no reason why their elections should not be confirmed, the said election are, pursuant to the recommendation of the Secretary of the Interior, hereby confirmed in accordance with the section four hundred seventy-two of the new Election Law:
