MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 156, July 04, 2006 ] REPEALING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 133 DATED 27 DECEMBER 2005 ENTITLED “STRENGTHENING THE POWERS OF THE SECRETARY OF FINANCE OVER THE BUREAU OF CUSTOMS” I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me, do hereby order: Section 1. Repeal of Administrative Order No. 133, series of 2005. – Administrative Order No. 133 dated 27 December 2005 is hereby repealed. Section 2. Effectivity. – This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately. DONE in the City of Manila, this 4th day of July in the year of our Lord, two thousand and six. (Sgd.)
