MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 160-B, November 08, 1995 ] FURTHER AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NOS. 160 AND 160-A “CREATING THE NATIONAL ORGANIZING COMMISSION FOR THE 1996 ASIA PACIFIC ECONOMIC COOPERATION (APEC) MEETINGS PRESCRIBING ITS AUTHORITY AND FUNCTIONS” Section 1. Organization. The Secretary of the Department of National Defense shall be included as additional member of the National Organizing Commission.ℒαwρhi৷ Section 2. Executive Committee. The following shall be included as additional members of the APEC-EC: 1. Vice-Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines; and 2. General Manager of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Section 3. Effectivity. This Administrative Order shall take effect immediately.
