MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 274, March 31, 1992 ] AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 245, SERIES OF 1991, CONSTITUTING THE INTER-AGENCY TASK FORCE TO MONITOR AND COORDINATE THE ARREST AND INVESTIGATION OF KIDNAPPERS AND THE PROSECUTION OF KIDNAPPING CASES IN METRO MANILA AND THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby order: Section 1. Section 1 of Administrative Order No. 245, series of 1991, is hereby amended to read, as follows: “Section 1. There is hereby constituted an Inter-agency Task Force to monitor and coordinate the arrest, investigation and prosecution of kidnapping cases committed in Metro Manila and throughout the country, composed of the following: The Secretary of the Interior and Local Government - Chairman The Secretary of Justice - Co-Chairman The Director-General Philippine National Police - Member The Chief State Prosecutor National Prosecution Service - Member The Director National Bureau of Investigation - Member Section 2.
