CREATING THE SPECIAL RIZAL DAY COMMEMORATION COMMITTEE
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, in order to ensure the successful commemoration throughout the Philippines of this years death anniversary of Dr. Jose Rizal on December 30, 1983, do hereby create a special committee to take charge of all arrangements for the activities composed of the following:

| The Executive Director of the National Commission on the Role of Filipino Women |

| The President of the Civic Assembly of Women of the Philippines |

| The Vice-Chairman of the National Parks Development Committee |

| The Assistant Presidential Protocol Officer |

The Committee shall meet at the call of the Chairman and, for the purpose of discharging its functions, may create such sub-committees as may be necessary.£A⩊phi£
The Committee is hereby authorized to call upon any ministry, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, for such assistance as it may need in discharging its duties and functions.
