ORDERING THE REINSTATEMENT IN THE GOVERNMENT SERVICE WITH PROPER PENALTY OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE (153) OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES RECOMMEND BY THE APPEALS COMMITTEE CREATED UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 370. SERIES OF 1975

WHEREAS, the Appeals Committee created under Administrative Order No. 370, series of 1975, to take cognizance of petitions for reconsideration of dismissed officials and employees has recommended their reinstatement in the government service:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby order their immediate reinstatement in t416heir respective offices provided that during the period from the date of their separation from the service up to their reinstatement in accordance with this Order, they shall be considered under suspension without pay.
