MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 337, September 12, 1972 ] CONSTITUTING A COORDINATING PANEL WITH AUTHORITY TO NEGOTIATE, FORMULATE AND COORDINATE A JOINT PHILIPPINES-USAID ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR DISASTER REHABILITATION AND RECONSTRUCTION A Philippine Coordinating- Panel is hereby constituted, with authority to formulate and coordinate a Joint Philippines-US-AID Assistance Program for disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction and likewise with authority, as regards this assistance program, to negotiate with its United States counterpart on the project areas; resource mobilization and utilization; project engineering standards, unit costs and implementation schedules; fund disbursement and reimbursement procedures; and project execution performance evaluation and reporting.
