MARCOS President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Administrative Order No. 225, series of 1970, entitled “Creating the Committee on Crime Prevention and Treatment as an Action Arm of the Peace and Order Coordinating Council”, so as to designate Secretary Estefania Aldaba-Lim of Social Welfare as Chairman of said Committee, vice Secretary Gregorio M.
