MARCOS President of the Philippines by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Administrative Order No. 215 dated April 22, 1970, entitled “Creating an Executive Committee for the 21st Colombo Plan Consultative Committee Meeting”, by including the following officials: Honorable JOHNNY ARANETA Deputy Director-General for Investments Presidential Economic Staff Honorable FRANCISCO O.
