CREATING A COMMITTEE TO EFFECT AN EARLY RESOLUTION OF THE LAND DISPUTES IN THE TONDO FORESHORE AREA

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a committee to effect an early resolution of the land disputes in the Tondo Foreshore Area, composed of the following:

Undersecretary Guillermo Santos ..................................................................................... Chairman

(Department of Justice)

Deputy Governor Ernesto Valdez .......................................................................................Member

(Land Authority)

Undersecretary Petra de Joya ..............................................................................................Member

(Department of Social Welfare)

The Committee shall conduct public hearings to establish the legitimacy of claims on disputed lots. Its findings shall be used as the basis for the distribution of lots to qualified applicants to be made by the Land Authority as provided by law.£A⩊phi£
