MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 56, May 22, 1967 ] DIRECTING THAT TRANSMITTAL OF COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES TO THE PRESIDENT, THROUGH THE FACILITIES OF THE BUREAU OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS, BY MEANS OF WIRE OR TELEGRAPHIC SERVICES, BY FARMERS CONCERNING PROBLEMS ON RICE PRODUCTION, BE CHARGED AT MINIMAL COST OF TEN CENTAVOS By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E.
