CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE CELEBRATION OF PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE DAY ON JUNE 12, 1964.
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a National Committee to take charge of the celebration of Philippine Independence Day on June 12, 1964.
The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The Committee shall meet at the call of the Chairman and, for the purpose of discharging its functions, may create such sub-committees as may be necessary.1aшphi1
