CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE OBSERVANCE OF PHILIPPINE-AMERICAN FRIENDSHIP.
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a National Committee to take charge of the observance of July 4, 1963, in the best traditions of Philippine-American friendship.
The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The Secretary of Public Works and Communications |

The Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs |

The Presidential Protocol Officer |
Member-Secretary |
The Committee shall meet at the call of the Chairman and, for the purpose of discharging its functions, may create such sub-committees as may be necessary.1aшphi1
