CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE CELEBRATION OF PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE DAY ON JUNE 12, 1963.
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby create a National Committee to take charge of the celebration of Philippine Independence Day on June 12, 1963, as declared in Proclamation No. 28 dated May 12, 1962.1aшphi1
The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The Committee shall meet at the call of the Chairman and, for the purpose of discharging its functions, may create such sub-committee as may be necessary.
