MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Administrative Order No. 299, May 18, 1959 ] AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 293, DATED APRIL 17, 1959, AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES SHIP LAPU-LAPU FOR THE 1959 FLOATING EXPOSITION AND CULTURAL MISSION TO NEIGHBORING COUNTRIES IN THE FAR EAST. By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CARLOS P. GARCIA, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Administrative Order No. 293, dated April 17, 1950, by including Formosa among the countries to be visited by the 1959 Floating Exposition and Cultural Mission on board the Philippine ship Lapu-Lapu.
