AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 153, DATED APRIL 13, 1951, ENTITLED “CREATING A COMMITTEE TO FORMULATE PLANS TO EXPLOIT THE NATURAL RESOURCES OF THE CANDABA SWAMPS BY CONVERTING THEM INTO AN ECONOMIC ASSET IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY.”
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Administrative Order No. 153, dated April 13, 1951, by increasing the membership of the committee therein created so as to include the Honorable Artemio O. Macalino, Congressman from the Second District of Pampanga, and Mr. Juan A. Evangelista.1âшphi1
