[ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 42, August 12, 1947 ]
AMENDING PARAGRAPH 3 OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 96, DATED MAY 30, 1939, ENTITLED “CREATING PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT’S POLIOMYELITIS COMMITTEE”.
The third paragraph of Administrative Order No. 96, dated May 30, 1939, is hereby amended to read as follows:
“Now, therefore, I, MANUEL ROXAS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create a committee, for the purpose of handling the funds realized from the holding of such balls. The Committee shall be composed of the following:
