PROVIDING FOR THE DETAILS REQUIRED IN EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 30, CURRENT SERIES, OF THE DIFFERENT AMOUNTS AUTHORIZED IN COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 654 AS MAY CORRESPOND TO THE PERIOD STARTING FROM THE RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE COMMONWEALTH ON PHILIPPINE SOIL ON OCTOBER 23, 1944, TO JUNE 30, 1945, FOR THE OPERATION OF THE SAID GOVERNMENT.
1. Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 30, current series, the following appropriations or so much thereof authorized in Commonwealth Act No. 654 as may correspond to the period starting from February 27 to June 30, 1945, are hereby set aside for the operating expenses of the Government of the Commonwealth of the Philippines during said period:

2. Any savings realized from the appropriations provided under paragraph 1 of this Order are hereby authorized to be used to cover expenditures incurred from the reestablishment of the Government of the Commonwealth on Philippine soil on October 23, 1944, to February 26, 1945.
