[ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 12, July 25, 1945 ]
REVOKING EMERGENCY CONTROL ADMINISTRATION ORDER NUMBERED ONE, DATED MARCH SEVEN, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-FIVE, ENTITLED "LEASES OF STALLS IN THE PUBLIC MARKETS OF THE CITY OF MANILA INCLUDING SUBURBS, AND THE NEED FOR LICENSES TO ENGAGE IN THE SALE OF FOODSTUFFS AND OTHER ARTICLES OF PRIME NECESSITY."
Effective this date, the supervision, investigation and approval of business licenses in the City of Manila shall be undertaken exclusively by the Government of the City; likewise, the administration and supervision of public markets are hereby restored to the Government of the City of Manila in accordance with the City Charter and the Market Code.
The Executive Officer of the Emergency Control Administration is hereby directed to turn over to the proper official of the Government of the City of Manila all pending applications, records, and other papers relative to business licenses and markets.
Emergency Control Administration Order No. 1, dated March 7, 1945, is hereby revoked.ᇈWᑭHIL
