[ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 3, November 24, 1944 ]

APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE EMERGENCY CURRENCY COMMITTEE FOR LEYTE

Pursuant to the provisions of the Executive Order No. 25, dated November 18, 1944, the Honorable Ismael Mathay, Budget and Finance Commissioner; Mr. Alberto Santa Cruz, Acting Provincial Auditor of Leyte; and Mr. Proceso Kadavero, Acting Assistant, Office of the President, are hereby appointed members of the Emergency Currency Committee for Leyte. The persons appointed, jointly with the members appointed by the Commander-in-Chief, U.S. Army, S.W.P.A., will investigate and report on the bona fide emergency currencies issued by the duly authorized currency board of Leyte. The committee will proceed in accordance with said Executive Order No. 25 and submit its findings and recommendations to the President of the Philippines and to the Commander-in-Chief, U.S. Army, S.W.P.A.1a⍵⍴h!1
