CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY AND REPORT ON THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF TABULATING EQUIPMENT FOR THE COMMISSION OF THE CENSUS
For the purpose of studying and reporting on the propositions that have been made to the Commission of the Census in regard to the acquisition of tabulating equipment, by rental or purchase, there is hereby created and constituted a Committee to be composed of the following:
Mr. Manuel Felizardo, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, Bureau of Public Works, Chairman;
Dr. Hilario Lara, Assistant Director, School of Hygiene and Public Health, University of the Philippines, Member;
Dr. Isidro Panlasiqui, Professor and Head of the Department of Psychology, University of the Philippines, Member;
Dr. Luis R. Salvosa, Actuary, Government Service Insurance System, Member; and
Dr. Emeterio Roa, Actuary, Insular Life Assurance Company, Ltd., Member
This Committee, which shall meet at such places and times as may be designated by the Chairman, is hereby empowered to call on any official, office, branch or dependency of the Government for such data and assistance as may be required. It shall submit its findings and recommendations to the President at the earliest practicable date.1âшphi1
