RESTORING HON. DOMINGO MAGBALON, PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR OF MASBATE, TO DUTY DURING THE PERIOD OF POSTPONEMENT OF TRIAL, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
With further reference to Administrative Order Numbered Twenty-four suspending Honorable Domingo Magbalon, provincial governor of Masbate, during the trial of the criminal case filed against said governor, information has now been received of the postponement of the trial of the case to the next term of court.
In view thereof, the order suspending Honorable Domingo Magbalon from the office of the provincial governor of Masbate is hereby temporarily lifted effective immediately, until resumption of the trial, without prejudice to such action as the decision of the court or administrative proceedings that may be taken should warrant.1âшphi1 As the suspension undergone is not disciplinary in character, payment of salary during the period of suspension is hereby ordered.
